Onward to St. Louis: Meeting and Delegate Registration
I look forward to seeing all of you in person at the June House of Delegates meetings! Below are just a few reminders about your responsibilities and opportunities as a delegate.
Before arriving in St. Louis, all delegates must register to attend the ASHP Pharmacy Futures 2026 meeting. Upon arrival in St. Louis, you also need to check in onsite as a delegate or alternate delegate. Delegates and alternates will check in at the America’s Center Convention Complex, Level 1, Washington Lobby from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 7 to 11 a.m. on Sunday. Delegates who miss those hours can check in at the Executive Office (Executive Conference Center, Level 3, Room 360) after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Once registered, you may attend all the events organized for ASHP delegates outlined in the Meetings at a Glance. The Checklist for Delegates is also a helpful reminder to prepare for all the important events in St. Louis.
If you are a state delegate who will not be able to serve for the meetings in June, please contact your state affiliate as soon as possible so an alternate can be appointed. Please note that delegates are considered certified only if the communication is sent to ASHP (affiliates@ashp.org) from a president or executive of an ASHP-affiliated state society. Other delegates who are unable to participate should contact ASHP directly. If your delegation must replace a delegate with an alternate delegate after the Sunday Meeting of the House, the alternate should present to the ASHP Executive Office (Executive Conference Center, Level 3, Room 360) before 3 p.m., or to Hannah Vanderpool in the House meeting room no later than 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Preparing for the June House of Delegates Meetings

Attendance at these meetings is an expectation of delegate service. The Open Forum for members and the Delegate Primer on Saturday are highly recommended.
All documents for the June House session are available on the ASHP House of Delegates website. Although there will be internet access in the House meeting room, we strongly suggest that you download or print the following materials in advance:
Delegates may submit amendments, recommendations, and new business items in printed form onsite or in advance through forms on the Calls, Forms, and Rosters page of the House of Delegates website:
Proposed amendments must be prepared for large-screen projection in the House. It is essential that all proposed language is received well in advance for viewing by the entire House of Delegates. Computers in the Delegate Workroom (Level 1, Room 105) can provide access to the Amending Language Form (as well as forms for Recommendations and New Business Items), and printed versions will be available at your seat. Delegates are strongly encouraged to submit proposed amendments online by 9 a.m. ET June 12 for inclusion in the Report on Proposed Amendments and discussion at the First Delegate Caucus. Proposed amendments should be submitted as described in the form. After 12 p.m. (one hour before the first meeting of the House), the online form will be closed. After that time, only paper copies of the amendment form will be accepted. Please submit these to staff members at the side table in the House of Delegates meeting room.
The deadline for new business is 4 p.m. CT June 15, and recommendations may be submitted online until 4 p.m. CT June 16 and in print form at the first and second meetings of the House. This table compares resolutions, new business items, and recommendations, outlining the purpose and path for each type of submission.
ASHP-PAC Delegates Competition Enters Home Stretch
There’s still time to challenge Idaho, Indiana, and Maryland for a top spot in the ASHP-PAC Delegates Competition! All contributions made through June 15 will count toward your state delegation’s participation in the competition. We’ll recognize state delegations with the highest average contributions and at least 75% participation during the Tuesday meeting of the House.
